C. LOCATION INFORMATION

The Galvis Movez driver application may collect precise or approximate device location information when location functionality is enabled and authorized.

Location information may include:

• GPS coordinates;
• latitude and longitude;
• current vehicle or device position;
• time of location update;
• location accuracy;
• city or general location;
• movement relevant to an active shipment.

We use driver location information for legitimate transportation and operational purposes, including:

• dispatching;
• shipment tracking;

• calculating distance remaining;
• monitoring pickup and delivery progress;
• providing shipment visibility to authorized customers or transportation partners;

Location information is not collected for advertising purposes.

Galvis Movez does not sell driver location information.

Location information is not intended for unrelated personal surveillance.

If the application uses background location, location may continue to be collected while the application is not actively displayed when necessary to support an active transportation or shipment-tracking function and when permitted by the user's device settings and applicable law.

Users may control device-level location permissions through their device settings.

Certain transportation, tracking, ETA, or dispatch features may not work correctly if location access is disabled.

D. SHIPMENT AND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

E. PHOTOS, CAMERA AND FILES

The Galvis Movez application may allow drivers or other authorized users to take or upload photographs and documents.

These may include:

• pickup photographs;
• freight photographs;
• delivery photographs;
• proof-of-delivery images;
• bills of lading;
• receipts;
• driver documents;
• insurance documents;
• transportation records;
• quote attachments.

If camera access is requested, it is used to allow the user to capture documents or shipment-related photographs.

Galvis Movez does not use camera access for unrelated surveillance.

F. DRIVER MESSAGES AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Galvis Movez application provides in-app communication between drivers and Galvis Movez Dispatch.

We may collect and retain:

• message text;
• sender;
• recipient or conversation;
• sender role;
• date and time sent;
• read status;
• delivery or send status.

Messages are used for operational communication, dispatch, transportation coordination, customer service, safety, and maintaining business records.

Messages are not public.

Submitting a quote request does not automatically create a transportation contract.

If payment processing is provided through a third-party payment processor, payment card or banking information may be processed directly by that provider rather than stored directly by Galvis Movez.

We may automatically receive limited technical information when Galvis Movez services are used.

Location data is an important part of certain driver-facing transportation functions.

• help Dispatch coordinate drivers;

Galvis Movez does not sell precise location information.

Galvis Movez does not use precise driver location for third-party advertising.

Authorized shipment tracking users may receive limited shipment location information when necessary to track a shipment.

Public tracking pages are designed to provide shipment-related visibility only and are not intended to expose unrelated personal driver information.

If Galvis Movez enables background location functionality, the application may access location while the application is not actively visible when reasonably necessary for active transportation operations.

Examples may include:

• keeping an active shipment location current;
• calculating ETA while the driver is working;
• providing shipment progress to Dispatch;
• providing authorized shipment visibility.

Background location will be subject to the user's operating system permissions.

Where required, Galvis Movez will provide an additional prominent disclosure and request user consent before background location collection begins.

Disabling background location may reduce or disable certain active shipment tracking features.

If you grant camera or photo-library access, Galvis Movez may use that access to allow you to:

• photograph freight;
• photograph pickup conditions;
• photograph delivery conditions;
• capture bills of lading;
• capture proof of delivery;
• upload transportation documentation.

Galvis Movez does not access the camera for advertising or unrelated monitoring.

Users should only upload documents or photographs they are authorized to provide.

Galvis Movez does not sell personal information for money.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate transportation services.

A. CUSTOMERS, SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS

Relevant shipment information may be shared with authorized customers, shippers, receivers, or transportation contacts.

• approximate or current shipment location;

• pickup/delivery status;
• approved transportation documents.

Driver compensation, private account information, and unrelated personal data are not intended to be included in public shipment tracking.

B. AUTHORIZED TRANSPORTATION PARTNERS

Galvis Movez may work with separately authorized third-party brokers or logistics providers.

Those entities operate under their own authority and may have their own privacy practices.

Galvis Movez does not currently use user information to track individuals across unrelated companies' applications or websites for targeted advertising.

We do not currently use the Apple advertising identifier or equivalent identifiers for cross-company behavioral advertising.

If these practices change, Galvis Movez will update this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable platform permission requirements.

Information associated with an authenticated account may be linked to that account.

Public shipment tracking is intended to expose only information specifically approved for shipment tracking.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and legal records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of our services. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.

Certain transportation, tax, accounting, driver, safety, payment, or shipment records may need to be retained even after an account is deleted.

When information is no longer reasonably required, Galvis Movez may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Users may request deletion of their Galvis Movez account and associated personal information.

Where the application supports account creation or user accounts, Galvis Movez will provide a method for users to initiate account deletion through the application or an accessible account-deletion process as required by applicable platform policies.

Account deletion means deletion of the user's account, not merely disabling login access.

Tracking pages are not intended to display:

• account credentials;
• unrelated driver records.

Recipients of tracking links should protect them against unauthorized sharing.

Galvis Movez transportation and driver services are intended for business users and authorized adult users.

The Galvis Movez application is not directed to children under 13.

Galvis Movez does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its driver or transportation application.

If we learn that information from a child was collected contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Galvis Movez primarily operates in the United States.

Information may be stored or processed in the United States or through service providers operating in other locations.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for transfers of personal information.
