Last Updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Galvis Movez LLC website, shipment tracking tools, quote request forms, online portals, applications, and related transportation services operated by Galvis Movez LLC (“Galvis Movez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, submitting information, requesting transportation services, receiving or using a shipment tracking link, creating or using an account, uploading documents, or otherwise using Galvis Movez services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the applicable website, application, portal, tracking system, or online service.

2. GALVIS MOVEZ IS NOT A FREIGHT BROKER

Galvis Movez does not represent itself as a freight broker and does not independently broker transportation for compensation unless and until it holds any authority required by applicable law.

Galvis Movez may work with authorized third-party freight brokers, logistics providers, shippers, customers, or other transportation partners.

When transportation is arranged through a third-party brokerage partner, the brokerage services are provided by that third party under its own authority, contracts, terms, and legal responsibilities.

Galvis Movez may communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, shippers, receivers, or transportation partners in connection with shipments it transports or services it is authorized to perform.

Nothing on the Galvis Movez website or application should be interpreted as a representation that Galvis Movez is acting as a freight broker when it is not legally authorized to do so.

3. THIRD-PARTY BROKERAGE PARTNERS

Some transportation opportunities or shipments may originate from or be coordinated through authorized third-party brokerage partners.

Such third-party entities are separate businesses.

Where applicable:

  • the third-party broker is responsible for brokerage activities performed under its authority;
  • the motor carrier is responsible for transportation performed under its carrier authority;
  • Galvis Movez is responsible only for obligations it expressly accepts in its lawful capacity;
  • separate broker-carrier, customer, rate confirmation, or other transportation agreements may apply.

Galvis Movez does not assume the statutory, contractual, financial, or regulatory obligations of a third-party broker merely because Galvis Movez communicates with that broker or performs transportation associated with a shipment arranged by that broker.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

Galvis Movez intends to operate its transportation services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, orders, and legally binding requirements.

Users of Galvis Movez systems must also comply with all laws applicable to their activities.

Applicable requirements may include, where relevant:

  • Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations;
  • motor carrier registration and operating authority requirements;
  • driver qualification requirements;
  • hours-of-service requirements;
  • vehicle inspection, maintenance, and safety requirements;
  • cargo securement requirements;
  • insurance requirements;
  • electronic logging requirements where applicable;
  • hazardous materials requirements where applicable;
  • state transportation requirements;
  • privacy and data protection laws;
  • consumer protection laws;
  • electronic transaction and recordkeeping requirements;
  • tax and payment obligations.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes any person to engage in conduct prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.

5. TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENTS

Specific transportation services may also be governed by separate documents, including:

  • rate confirmations;
  • bills of lading;
  • transportation agreements;
  • broker-carrier agreements;
  • shipper-carrier agreements;
  • customer agreements;
  • load tenders;
  • work orders;
  • invoices;
  • signed contracts.

If a valid written agreement governing a particular shipment directly conflicts with these website Terms, that specific written agreement will generally control with respect to that shipment or relationship, subject to applicable law.

6. QUOTE REQUESTS

The Galvis Movez website may allow customers or prospective customers to request transportation quotes.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding transportation contract.

A shipment is not accepted merely because:

  • a quote request was submitted;
  • an automated confirmation was displayed;
  • information was entered into the website;
  • preliminary pricing was discussed.

Transportation is accepted only when confirmed through an authorized Galvis Movez representative or an applicable written transportation document.

7. QUOTE ACCURACY

Quotes are based on information available when the quote is prepared.

Pricing may change if relevant shipment information changes.

This may include changes involving:

  • pickup location;
  • delivery location;
  • freight dimensions;
  • freight weight;
  • commodity;
  • number of pieces;
  • pallet count;
  • equipment requirements;
  • loading requirements;
  • unloading requirements;
  • appointment requirements;
  • additional stops;
  • detention;
  • layover;
  • redelivery;
  • storage;
  • tolls;
  • permits;
  • accessorial services;
  • special handling;
  • inaccurate or incomplete shipment information.

Additional charges may apply where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers, shippers, receivers, partners, carriers, and other users must provide accurate information.

This may include:

  • names;
  • addresses;
  • phone numbers;
  • email addresses;
  • freight descriptions;
  • weights;
  • dimensions;
  • commodity descriptions;
  • pickup times;
  • delivery times;
  • equipment needs;
  • special instructions.

Galvis Movez may reasonably rely on information provided by authorized parties.

A party providing materially inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may be responsible for resulting costs or losses to the extent permitted by contract and law.

9. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Galvis Movez may provide shipment visibility and tracking tools.

Tracking information may include:

  • shipment status;
  • pickup information;
  • delivery information;
  • vehicle location;
  • approximate driver location;
  • estimated arrival time;
  • remaining mileage;
  • shipment progress;
  • approved shipment documents.

Tracking is provided for operational convenience.

Tracking data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to:

  • cellular service;
  • GPS availability;
  • device permissions;
  • mapping providers;
  • traffic data;
  • driver device conditions;
  • software availability;
  • internet connectivity;
  • third-party technology.

Estimated arrival times are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

10. TRACKING LINKS

Tracking links may contain private or unique access tokens.

Recipients must protect such links against unauthorized disclosure.

Users may not:

  • guess tracking tokens;
  • attempt to enumerate tracking links;
  • access another shipment without authorization;
  • circumvent security controls;
  • scrape shipment data;
  • use tracking information for stalking, surveillance, harassment, or unlawful purposes;
  • use tracking data for any unrelated unauthorized purpose.

Galvis Movez may disable, expire, replace, restrict, or revoke tracking links.

11. ACCOUNTS

Certain Galvis Movez services may require an account.

Users are responsible for:

  • keeping credentials confidential;
  • providing accurate account information;
  • preventing unauthorized account access;
  • promptly reporting suspected compromise.

Users may not share accounts in a manner that defeats authorization, auditing, security, or permissions.

Galvis Movez may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

12. DRIVER AND STAFF ACCOUNTS

Drivers, contractors, dispatchers, staff members, and administrators may be governed by additional policies or agreements.

These Terms do not replace separate agreements concerning:

  • independent contractor status;
  • employment;
  • dispatch services;
  • driver pay;
  • deductions;
  • cargo securement;
  • location tracking;
  • vehicle use;
  • safety;
  • confidentiality;
  • document requirements.

13. LOCATION INFORMATION

Driver-facing Galvis Movez systems may collect or process location information for legitimate transportation purposes.

Such uses may include:

  • dispatch;
  • shipment visibility;
  • ETA calculation;
  • routing;
  • pickup confirmation;
  • delivery confirmation;
  • customer updates;
  • operational safety;
  • recordkeeping.

Where required by applicable law, separate notice or consent will be obtained.

14. DRIVER SAFETY

Drivers must operate vehicles safely and lawfully.

No instruction, message, navigation display, ETA, customer request, dispatcher message, app feature, or other communication requires a driver to violate:

  • traffic laws;
  • hours-of-service laws;
  • safety regulations;
  • vehicle restrictions;
  • cargo securement rules;
  • lawful weight restrictions;
  • hazardous materials requirements;
  • any other applicable safety requirement.

Drivers remain responsible for safe vehicle operation.

Drivers should not interact with the application while driving where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Users may receive transportation-related communications by email, telephone, application notification, or other permitted method.

Communications may include:

  • quote information;
  • shipment updates;
  • ETA updates;
  • document requests;
  • delivery information;
  • billing information;
  • operational instructions;
  • account notices.

Providing contact information authorizes operational communications reasonably related to the requested or ongoing service, subject to applicable communication and consumer protection laws.

16. DOCUMENT UPLOADS

Users may upload transportation documents or photographs.

Examples include:

  • bills of lading;
  • proof of delivery;
  • delivery photographs;
  • pickup photographs;
  • invoices;
  • driver documents;
  • quote attachments;
  • shipment paperwork.

Users represent that they have the legal right to upload and use the materials they submit.

Users may not upload:

  • malware;
  • executable code;
  • harmful scripts;
  • unlawful content;
  • fraudulent documents;
  • content that violates another party’s rights;
  • files unrelated to legitimate Galvis Movez business.

Galvis Movez may reject, quarantine, restrict, or remove files that create a security, legal, or operational risk.

17. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS

Electronic versions of transportation records may be retained and displayed through Galvis Movez systems.

Electronic records may include:

  • bills of lading;
  • proofs of delivery;
  • shipment photographs;
  • rate confirmations;
  • invoices;
  • payment records;
  • acknowledgments;
  • activity histories.

Electronic presentation or storage does not alter the legal significance of a document where applicable law recognizes that document or transaction.

18. BILLS OF LADING

Bills of lading and other shipping documents may establish important rights and responsibilities.

Parties should review shipment documents before signing or accepting them.

These website Terms do not override mandatory federal transportation law governing bills of lading or carrier liability.

19. PAYMENT

Customers must pay charges according to applicable:

  • invoices;
  • rate confirmations;
  • contracts;
  • credit terms;
  • payment agreements.

The online system may display:

  • invoice amounts;
  • amounts paid;
  • balances due;
  • payment statuses.

Online display does not independently modify the underlying payment obligation.

20. DRIVER PAY

Driver compensation and payment information available within the Galvis Movez driver application is governed by the applicable employment, contractor, settlement, dispatch, or compensation agreement.

Customer pricing, partner pricing, internal margins, and other confidential commercial information are not part of driver compensation merely because they relate to the same shipment.

21. CARGO LOSS OR DAMAGE

Cargo loss, damage, shortage, or other cargo claims are governed by applicable federal or state law and the written agreements applicable to the shipment.

For interstate transportation by motor carrier, federal law may govern carrier liability and cargo claims.

Nothing in these website Terms is intended to improperly waive, expand, or modify any right or liability that cannot lawfully be altered.

Cargo damage or loss should be reported promptly and supported by appropriate documentation.

22. DELIVERY TIMES

Pickup and delivery times may be estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a valid written agreement.

Delays can result from circumstances including:

  • traffic;
  • weather;
  • road closures;
  • accidents;
  • mechanical problems;
  • shipper delays;
  • receiver delays;
  • loading conditions;
  • unloading conditions;
  • government action;
  • hours-of-service limitations;
  • safety requirements;
  • events outside reasonable control.

Drivers will not be required to violate applicable safety or transportation laws to meet an ETA or appointment time.

23. FORCE MAJEURE

To the extent permitted by applicable law and contract, Galvis Movez is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disaster;
  • fire;
  • flood;
  • war;
  • civil unrest;
  • government action;
  • road closure;
  • major network outage;
  • widespread technology failure;
  • labor disruption;
  • emergency order;
  • other comparable events.

24. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Galvis Movez may use third-party technology and services, including:

  • mapping;
  • routing;
  • hosting;
  • authentication;
  • database services;
  • cloud storage;
  • communications services;
  • payment services.

Third-party availability may affect Galvis Movez services.

Galvis Movez is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems outside Galvis Movez's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

25. MAPS AND ROUTING

Galvis Movez may use third-party mapping and routing providers.

Mileage, route, and ETA information is provided for operational assistance only.

Drivers must independently comply with:

  • commercial vehicle restrictions;
  • posted weight limits;
  • height restrictions;
  • hazardous materials restrictions;
  • road closures;
  • traffic laws;
  • lawful routing requirements.

A route displayed by software does not override actual road restrictions.

26. PROHIBITED USE

Users may not:

  • access accounts without authorization;
  • attempt to access another person's information;
  • circumvent permissions;
  • attack or disrupt Galvis Movez systems;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • manipulate shipment records fraudulently;
  • submit fraudulent documents;
  • impersonate another person;
  • use automated systems in a manner that harms service availability;
  • probe system security without authorization;
  • use Galvis Movez technology for unlawful conduct.

27. FRAUD

Galvis Movez may investigate suspected:

  • identity fraud;
  • cargo fraud;
  • payment fraud;
  • double brokering;
  • unauthorized use of motor carrier authority;
  • falsified shipment documents;
  • account compromise;
  • fraudulent pickup or delivery activity.

Galvis Movez may restrict system access and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, insurers, customers, brokers, carriers, or other appropriate parties as permitted or required by law.

28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Galvis Movez name, logo, website, software, visual interface, graphics, branding, and proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Galvis Movez unless otherwise stated.

No license is granted to commercially copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or exploit protected Galvis Movez materials except as expressly permitted.

29. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership rights they otherwise hold in information or files they provide.

Users grant Galvis Movez the limited right to use, process, store, reproduce, transmit, and display submitted materials as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide transportation services;
  • manage shipments;
  • process payments;
  • communicate with authorized parties;
  • maintain records;
  • operate Galvis Movez systems;
  • comply with law;

  • protect legal rights.

30. PRIVACY

Use of Galvis Movez services is also subject to the Galvis Movez Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how personal and business information may be collected, processed, retained, disclosed, and protected.

31. SYSTEM AVAILABILITY

Galvis Movez does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or technology systems.

Systems may become unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • network interruption;
  • third-party outages;
  • cybersecurity incidents;
  • telecommunications failures;
  • circumstances outside reasonable control.

Galvis Movez may modify, update, replace, or discontinue website or application functionality.

32. DISCLAIMER REGARDING TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, technology features are provided on an “as available” basis.

Galvis Movez does not guarantee that:

  • every GPS reading will be exact;
  • every ETA will be accurate;
  • every route will be optimal;
  • every notification will arrive immediately;
  • every third-party integration will always be available;
  • software will always operate without error.

Nothing in this section eliminates duties that cannot legally be waived.

33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galvis Movez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, tracking system, portal, or application.

This provision does not independently alter:

  • lawful cargo liability;
  • transportation obligations;
  • payment obligations;
  • statutory obligations;
  • obligations contained in a separate written agreement.

No limitation applies where applicable law prohibits limitation.

34. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Galvis Movez LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • the user's unlawful conduct;
  • the user's violation of these Terms;
  • unauthorized information or files submitted by the user;
  • fraud committed by the user;
  • infringement of another party's rights caused by material the user submits.

This section does not require indemnification for liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.

35. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Galvis Movez may restrict or terminate online access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • security concerns;
  • suspected fraud;
  • legal requirements;
  • unauthorized access;
  • material violation of these Terms;
  • protection of users or Galvis Movez systems.

Termination of technology access does not cancel existing transportation, payment, contractual, or legal obligations.

36. RECORD RETENTION

Galvis Movez may retain transportation, payment, safety, account, communication, and operational records for periods reasonably necessary to:

  • operate the business;
  • complete transactions;
  • satisfy contractual obligations;
  • comply with law;
  • respond to claims;
  • preserve evidence;
  • protect legal rights.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and applicable legal requirements.

37. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Galvis Movez may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will display its effective or last-updated date.

Where required by law, material changes may be communicated through additional notice.

38. GOVERNING LAW

Except where federal transportation law or another mandatory law applies, and except where a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Federal transportation laws and regulations continue to apply where they govern the applicable transaction or activity.

39. STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

Certain states may provide rights or remedies that cannot be waived by contract.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive a right where applicable law prohibits such waiver.

40. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

41. NO WAIVER

Failure by Galvis Movez to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

42. ENTIRE AGREEMENT REGARDING ONLINE SERVICES

These Terms and the Galvis Movez Privacy Policy govern use of the Galvis Movez website and online technology services.

Separate signed transportation, customer, driver, carrier, contractor, or partner agreements may impose additional terms.
