Account Deletion

How to delete your account

If you can sign in: open the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Access is removed immediately.

If you cannot sign in: submit the form below or email weare@galvismovez.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

What is deleted

• Sign-in access to Galvis Movez
• Contact details, phone, home and mailing address, date of birth and emergency contact
• Current location, availability preferences, notifications and device registrations

What may be retained

Where required or permitted by law, we may retain transportation, shipment, bill of lading and proof of delivery records, driver pay and settlement records, invoices, tax records, safety, insurance and license records, signed agreements, and fraud-prevention, security and audit records. Retained records are restricted from normal app use and kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Processing time

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Requests submitted by form or email are reviewed and processed within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
